Return Policy

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any janeiredale.com.my purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 5 days of the RECEIVED date.

Please note that we only accept exchanges of equal or lower value which have been pre-approved by our Customer Service. The refund and exchange might be rejected if the product packaging has been opened or used.

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact our customer service immediately via email: ask@janeiredale.com.my
  2. The customer service will need to provide the reason of refund / exchange.
  3. Include your order invoice in your returned package
  4. Place the unused item(s) in its original condition into the original shipper packaging.
  5. Please mail your package to:
